Highly recommend the pumpernickel if you like that kind of bagel. The outside was shiny and crispy and the inside was pillowy soft. I got a lox bagel with extra veggie cream cheese and sliced onions. And when you order "extra" cream cheese, you really do get it. I may become a regular.
